MLA Wafer
8" MLA (Micro Lens Array) Wafer for Smart Head Lamp
The Smart Head Lamp for battlefield use is equipped with the slimmest headlamp among mass-produced vehicles in the world, and can efficiently collect and spread light despite its small size. It has a compact size structure and is simple and short, which is advantageous for design.
The core component of the headlamp module consists of a convex aspherical lens + hundreds of lenses, and is a concept of a reduced projection unit module.
We apply advanced semiconductor processes to mass-produce MLA Wafer microstructures using our accumulated optical technology, and we have secured core internal technologies, which are being supplied by adopting them in all Genesis models of HKMC.

Ultra-precision filters for next-generation lighting
The flexible three-dimensional lighting module, which is evaluated as a next-generation vehicle lighting solution in line with future mobility trends, can be freely applied to various parts of the vehicle, including daytime running lights, rear combination lamps (RCL, rear combination lamps, tail lights, stop lights, and turn lights).
We have developed a next-generation ultra-precision filter using a new method that applies multiple light sources, optical resin, and proprietary micro-optical pattern technology to a thin substrate, and the ultra-precision filter is being applied to a flexible three-dimensional lighting module.
By minimizing thickness and ensuring high performance and high reliability, it can be installed in vehicle lighting modules with the thickness and pattern desired by the customer.

Lens super-hydrophilic coating
LENS Anti-fog
LENS fog (Normal)
Automotive lens hydrophilic coating is applied to camera lenses such as front/rear cameras (ADAS Sensing, View + Sensing, View Camera Lens), side mirrors, and headlights of automobiles.
The effect of the hydrophilic coating is that water droplets on the lens surface spread widely, which can solve problems such as light scattering, frost, fogging, contamination, and image distortion.
Our hydrophilic coating, which uses our proprietary camera lens surface treatment technology to improve display image clarity, is a solution with excellent long-term durability. When applied, it can improve camera performance by reducing lens reflections and smudges through anti-fog, anti-condensation, and anti-water droplet formation.
